11th Annual General Meeting

The election of Eight (8) Executive Committee positions together with presentation of the President’s Report and Financial Reports, are the main Agenda Items.

There will also be the official unveiling of the chamber’s new consumer website –

The full AGM Agenda will be circulated 7 days prior to the meeting.

Please note: you must be a paid up member for 2022/23 in order to vote or be nominated as a committee member.

The Exective Committee Nomination Form is available for Download here. Nominations must be received by COB Wednesday November 30, 2022.

Once you have paid the $110 annual fee you will be elegible to vote and be nominated for a committee position.

Redland City Council will issue a pause notice and request the State Government provide additional information to address public and Council concerns on proposed City Plan amendments on Minjerribah/North Stradbroke Island.

TLPI-no-02-2020 Quandamooka Land Aspirations Area SCC Submission

A submission has been compiled on behalf of the business and broader island community.

The TLPI requires the Redland City Council to facilitate a Community Consultation phase, complie a report and submit to the state government for consideration. See the RCC Website for more information on the consultation.

Straddie Chamber of Commerce Consumer Website

The only consumer website for the island is undergoing a revamp!

The modernisation of the site will also include the Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW) integration meaning members who list with the ATDW can now have thier products and services presented professionally on as well as dozens of tourism websites around Australia.

This projected has been funded by the Redland City Council to the tune of $20,000 in FY 2021/22, and we thank the RCC for their support and advocacy.
